modern laboratory facility for Botswana University, which included lab
spaces, offices, and bathrooms. Our scope covered both hands-on build
support and strategic consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
We advised on EPS feasibility and implementation, coordinated material
logistics, and trained local contractors on proper installation and quality
assurance. Our involvement ensured a smooth, efficient build with
minimal waste and strict adherence to international standards — setting
a new benchmark for academic infrastructure in the region.
