For this residential build in Menlyn, the client wanted a solid, wellinsulated
basement as part of their new home. Our role focused on
constructing the basement walls using EPS panels — chosen for their
strength, speed, and clean finish.
We handled the full EPS wall installation, plaster spraying, and final
smooth plaster finish. The result was a seamless, durable structure that
combined the strength of concrete with the efficiency of modern EPS
technology — completed on time and to high aesthetic standards.
