Godisang Spaces was contracted to design and construct a series of modern rental units
aimed at providing cost-effective and comfortable housing solutions. The project utilised
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) panels for the walling and insulation system, offering
superior thermal performance and a clean finish while drastically reducing build time
compared to traditional methods.
Each unit was designed with functional living in mind featuring a bedroom, bathroom,
kitchen, and open-plan lounge area. Other structure was reinforced with a 200mm
concrete floor slab and steel framing to ensure long-term stability and strength. EPS wall
panels were applied with a cementitious plaster finish, combining efficiency with
aesthetics.
Our team provided full project oversight, including site preparation, structural installation,
electrical and plumbing coordination, and final finishing. The result was a modern,
durable, and low-maintenance housing solution that met both developer and tenant
expectations.
