1. Materials
This covers everything needed to put up the structure — from panels and bricks, to roofing, cement and finishes.
Look out for:
Are the materials included in the price?
Are they good quality and long-lasting?
Will they be delivered to site?
Low-quality materials might cost less now, but cost you more in repairs later.

This is the team doing the physical work — the builders, the supervisors, and the people keeping things moving.
Make sure:
Labour is included in your quote
The team is skilled and experienced
You understand how long the job will take
Good labour means a better finish and a smoother build.

Moving materials to your site can cost a lot — especially for bigger builds or rural areas.
Ask:
Is transport included?
How many trips are needed?
Are there extra delivery charges?
Hidden transport fees can quickly push your project over budget.
